Ms. Luther heads Ultimate Software’s Compliance Advisory Team, which monitors, researches and analyzes compliance requirements for UltiPro products. She holds a B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from Duke Law School. Prior to joining Ultimate, Ms. Luther practiced litigation and employment law for 15 years and assumed several corporate roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for a global manufacturer and Chief Compliance Officer for a large public company.


Colleen Rynne Colleen Rynne,
Senior Compliance Advisor at Ultimate Software

Colleen Rynne is a Senior Compliance Advisor at Ultimate Software. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received her law degree from Stetson University. Colleen transitioned from practicing law to providing subject matter expertise on laws impacting HR professionals to the Products and Development teams at Ultimate Software six years ago. She is based in Weston, Florida, the home of Ultimate Software’s corporate headquarters.
