Ultimate Software Receives Highest Possible Ranking for Cloud Vendors from Constellation Research

WESTON, Fla.--Ultimate Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading cloud provider of people management solutions, announced today that Constellation Research, an independent research and advisory firm focused on disruptive technologies, has given Ultimate the highest possible rating of ‘Epic’ as part of the “Constellation Cosmos™ Certification for the Cloud Buyer’s Bill of Rights: SaaS Applications,” a comparison evaluation intended to help buyers of enterprise cloud apps enter into relationship with their vendor as an equal and collaborative long-term partner.

Constellation evaluated Ultimate based on 61 criteria in four main categories: ownership experience, use case support, corporate vision, and ecosystem feedback. Constellation rates vendors on a 0- to 5-point scale. Ultimate received the highest possible rating of ‘Epic’—scoring a 4.84 out of a total possible score of 5—the highest achievement by a cloud vendor to date in Constellation’s annual Cloud Buyer’s Bill of Rights.
