Ultimate Software Earns Top Marks in 2018 Corporate Equality Index
Ultimate Software Earns 100 percent on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 16th Annual Scorecard on LGBTQ Workplace Equality

Ultimate Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that it received a perfect score on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. Ultimate Software joins 609 corporations and businesses that also earned top marks this year.

The 2018 CEI rated 947 organizations in the report, which evaluates corporate LGBTQ related policies and practices. Examples include workplace protections, same-sex partner benefits, and insurance plans that cover transgender employees through their transition. Additionally, the CEI assesses company-sponsored learning and discussion opportunities, and overall support for the LGBTQ community. Ultimate Software continually monitors and adjusts corporate policies, resulting in a 100 percent ranking and designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality for the 2nd year in a row.
