Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.

Morag Barrett is CEO of SkyeTeam, an international HR consulting and leadership development company. Morag's experience ranges from senior executive coaching to developing high-impact teams across Europe, America, and Asia. She is a highly effective speaker, trainer, and executive coach. Morag draws from a deep and unique operational skill set. Her corporate career started in retail banking with Royal Bank of Scotland Group in the United Kingdom. With 15 years experience in the finance industry, Morag understands the challenges of running a business as well as the complexities of leading and managing the people that are part of that business. Prior to launching Skye in 2007, Morag was responsible for global leadership and executive development in a U.S. telecom company. Since launching SkyeTeam, she has had the opportunity to work with clients in a range of industries including healthcare, telecoms, mining, manufacturing, engineering, and technology.
Rana Stanfill-Hobbs has enjoyed more than 15 years working with prominent Human Capital Management (HCM) solution providers working closely with executives and business leaders to bring actionable insights to their workforce. Through her work leading multiple client service teams, Rana has specialized in predictive and prescriptive workforce analytics, workforce planning, business strategy and human capital alignment, and change management design. She currently focuses on the next generation of workforce analytics through the use of natural language processing and machine learning. Speaking publicly at HR.com, IHRIM, SHRM, and other industry events has provided her with an opportunity to both highlight customer successes and to contribute to conversations around growing industry trends.
Rachel Reingold Mandel
Rachel Reingold Mandel is a shareholder in the Boston office at Ogletree Deakins. She focuses her practice on employment litigation, and represents employers in a broad range of employment matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. Ms. Mandel regularly practices before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She also counsels employers and provides guidance on employment-related issues, including compliance with Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Massachusetts employment laws, Connecticut employment laws, and wage and hour laws. Ms. Mandel drafts and reviews policies and handbooks for compliance with federal, Massachusetts, and Connecticut laws.
