Tony Segreto

Ultimate Software, Liaison-Special Projects

Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.

Because of his commitment to growth and development, Colin T. McLetchie transitioned in 2013 from his 25-year HR and organizational development career to fully dedicate himself to Five Ways Forward, a coaching and organizational consulting firm that partners with individuals, managers, executives, teams, and organizations to identify what success looks like and help them move forward to achieving that success. Colin graduated from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program and is a Professional Certified Coach with the IICF. He has certifications in the MBTI, Lominger Voices 360 & Leadership Architect, EQ-i2.0 assessment, and is a Board-Certified Polarity Practitioner with the American Polarity Therapy Association. He believes in lives worth living, leaders worth following, and organizations worth being a part of, and seeks to embody compassionate challenge in helping people find their way forward.

Rana Stanfill-Hobbs has enjoyed more than 15 years working with prominent Human Capital Management (HCM) solution providers working closely with executives and business leaders to bring actionable insights to their workforce. Through her work leading multiple client service teams, Rana has specialized in predictive and prescriptive workforce analytics, workforce planning, business strategy and human capital alignment, and change management design. She currently focuses on the next generation of workforce analytics through the use of natural language processing and machine learning. Speaking publicly at, IHRIM, SHRM, and other industry events has provided her with an opportunity to both highlight customer successes and to contribute to conversations around growing industry trends.

Ogletree Deakins, Associate

Kelly M. Cardin is an associate in the Stamford and New York City offices of Ogletree Deakins. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a wide range of disputes, including those involving discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour claims, wrongful discharge claims, and claims under the FMLA. Kelly also represents employers in class action lawsuits, often involving wage and hour issues. Additionally, she maintains a commercial litigation practice, representing companies in breach of contract and trade secret disputes, among others. Kelly has represented clients before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, in state and federal court, and in arbitration. She also regularly handles agency matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, and the Connecticut Department of Labor. Kelly counsels clients with respect to their employee handbooks and personnel policies to ensure compliance with state and federal law. She also conducts workplace investigations and trains employers on best practices, including harassment training. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.

She has a proven track record of dealing with complex business issues and getting results. She is a two-time business Hall of Fame inductee and has won numerous honors for her business acumen, leadership savvy and mentoring impact, as well as her entrepreneurial success. She has been quoted in national media including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Money Magazine, Inc., Forbes, and Success. Jill has appeared as a thought leader on radio and television too. Her articles have appeared in over 120 publications and trade journals. She has been a member of the boards of directors and executive committees of various business, professional, and foundation boards. Jill has served on two federal boards under three different United States presidents representing both political parties.
