Tony Segreto

Ultimate Software, Liaison-Special Projects

Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.

Previously an HR executive for an Inc. 500-ranked global technology startup, he currently operates Lighthouse Research & Advisory, a human capital research and advisory services firm. He works with HR, talent, and learning leaders across the globe to solve their most pressing business challenges with a research-based perspective tempered by practical, hands-on experience. He has developed hundreds of reports, case studies, and other resources to support his life’s mission: making HR better, one HR pro at a time. Ben is the founder of upstartHR, a blog that has touched the lives of more than one million business leaders since its inception, and he also hosts “We’re Only Human,” a podcast that examines the intersection of talent and technology in the workplace. He is the co-organizer of DisruptHRHSV, an innovative event geared toward helping HR leaders drive more value for their business by sharing disruptive ideas about how to hire, manage, and engage great talent. Most importantly, he has four children, a wonderful wife of ten-plus years, and a preference for running in a variety of outlandish races for fun.

Doug has more than 25 years’ experience successfully helping Fortune 100 and 200 companies navigate the challenges of compensation management from philosophy development, program design and implementation to administration of annual compensation cycles. His experience includes positions as Corporate VP of Global Compensation at AECOM, Broad-Based Corporate Compensation Director at Lockheed Martin, VP of Total Rewards at American Capital and FBR, and Compensation Director at FINRA (formerly NASD). Doug is a founding partner at Lwin, Ellis & Associates where they help organizations align their compensation practices to their organizational goals and culture. He is the current President of Washington Area Total Rewards Association (WATRA), Compensation Committee Member for the DC SHRM Compensation Survey and has served on the DC SHRM Board for several years where he oversaw the annual compensation survey and initiated the HRA-NCA Benefits Survey.

McLetchie transitioned in 2013 from his 25-year HR and organizational development career to fully dedicate himself to Five Ways Forward, a coaching and organizational consulting firm that partners with individuals, managers, executives, teams, and organizations to identify what success looks like and help them move forward to achieving that success. Colin graduated from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program and is a Professional Certified Coach with the IICF. He has certifications in the MBTI, Lominger Voices 360 & Leadership Architect, EQ-i2.0 assessment, and is a Board-Certified Polarity Practitioner with the American Polarity Therapy Association. He believes in lives worth living, leaders worth following, and organizations worth being a part of, and seeks to embody compassionate challenge in helping people find their way forward.
