Tony Segreto

Ultimate Software, Liaison-Special Projects

Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.

Seth Briskin provides pragmatic labor and employment counsel to private, public sector and non-profit organizations with both unionized and non-unionized workforces. Building on his undergraduate study and work experiences at the Industrial & Labor Relations School of Cornell University, his internship at the National Labor Relations Board during law school, and his practice at boutique and general practice firms in Ohio, he has dedicated his career to a myriad of issues involving labor and employment law. Seth represents employers and executives in employment litigation, wage and hour matters, non-competition and trade secret litigation, workers’ compensation claims/appeals, union organizing drives, collective bargaining and labor arbitrations. Seth also handles all manners of disputes involving the NLRB, OSHA, EEOC, OCRC, BWC and the Department of Labor. Seth counsels companies and highly compensated professionals with their complex executive employment agreements, consulting contracts, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, severance packages and separation agreements.
