Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.

Rae Gross has spent over 25 years as litigator and counselor on a wide range of employment matters. With a combination of private practice and in-house experience, Rae has a keen understanding of the challenges employers face and the importance of providing practical legal advice and business-oriented solutions. Rae is an experienced litigator at the trial and appellate levels in both federal and state courts and before various federal and state administrative agencies, including the EEOC, OFCCP, NLRB, DOL, OSHA, and MIOSHA. Rae has successfully defended a variety of claims involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, family medical leave, whistle-blower protection, test validation, and breach of contract.

With a background in Operations and Product Development, Eric brings a no-nonsense perspective and a business-centric focus to his work. He is a highly effective speaker, facilitator, and coach for both new managers and seasoned executives alike. Eric is coauthoring "The Ally Mindset" with Morag Barrett, the author of Cultivate. The Power of Winning Relationships. Eric has designed, developed and delivered human resources and leadership programs of varying complexity — from simple coaching courses to complete concepts — for organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Eric is passionate about helping individual leaders, teams, and organizations achieve extraordinary business results through high-impact leadership development programs. Eric has also served as a faculty member at the University of Denver in the Daniels College of Business. He taught Strategic Human Resources classes as part of the MBA program. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Arizona State University, and an MBA with a focus in Organizational Behavior from Virginia Tech. When not at work, Eric can be found driving his daughters to various activities. He is also an avid musician and spends his free time writing, recording and performing music.

He has holistic experience in every area of Human Resources Administration such as Training and Development, Talent Management, Generalist/Consultant/Business Partner, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Union Negotiations and Avoidance, HRIS, HR Analytics, Recruiting, Performance Management & Succession Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. Over his career, Jason has continued to explore ways that Data can be used to enhance the HR experience for the Business. Jason earned a master’s degree in business from Central Michigan University and a bachelor of science degree from Michigan State University. In addition he is all but dissertation for his Doctorate in Business from Lawrence Technological University.
