Tony SegretoUltimate Software, Liaison-Special Projects
Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.
Erin BrothersPurple Ink, Director of Consulting Services
Erin is the Director of Consulting Services with Purple Ink. She has 15 years HR experience, most recently as HR Director for the last five years in the professional motorsports industry. Prior to that, Erin worked in the healthcare industry for ten years. She started her HR career working with individuals with disabilities, helping them become gainfully employed. Erin enjoys the responsibility of all aspects of the Human Resources function for small single owner companies to large corporations.
Erin’s bachelor’s degree is from Butler University. She earned her MPA from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a focus on Human Resources. She also has a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from IU School of Law.
She is currently the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for IndySHRM; Carmel Library Foundation Board member; Pass the Torch for Women mentor and 500 Circle Member; and serves as a Small Group Leader at College Park Church, where she is a member. She has been an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and IndySHRM for 14 years.

Barry PaigeOgletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., Of Counsel
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Barry worked in-house for an international NYSE-listed restaurant company for nineteen years, the last ten years serving as General Counsel/Human Resources Compliance. During his time in-house, Barry handled a broad range of legal issues including commercial litigation, franchise, intellectual property, contract negotiation and real estate, with a primary focus on employment law and human resources compliance. As part of his employment law focus while in-house, Barry defended or mediated over 500 EEOC charges, handled various issues relating to Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and FMLA, managed the defense of several class action lawsuits, and provided harassment/discrimination training to all levels of the organization. Barry successfully tried several jury trials and bench trials prior to moving in-house, and enjoyed a one-year clerkship for Judge John Baker on the Indiana Court of Appeals.

Christa Manning is a research-driven thought-leader supporting organizations and helping individuals understand and use the latest technologies to enable workplace productivity and performance. Frequently quoted by leading business and trade media, she has presented on trends, leading practices, and technology challenges and benefits at industry and user conferences globally throughout her career. Christa is a Director of HCM Innovation at Ultimate Software. Previously, Christa led HR technology strategy and solution provider research for Bersin, Deloitte Consulting LLP, following leadership roles at American Express, AMR Research (acquired by Gartner Group), Aberdeen Group, and as an independent analyst.
