Tony SegretoUltimate Software, Liaison-Special Projects
Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.
Rhonda CurryCharlotte Hornets, Vice President, Human Resources
Rhonda Curry is in her first season with Hornets Sports & Entertainment after joining the organization as Vice President of Human Resources in October 2013. In this role, she oversees the department responsible for employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll and the internship program, as well as helping to define the company’s human resources policies and procedures and company culture. Curry brings over 16 years of experience in consumer product and service organizations to the organization. She most recently served as Director of Human Relations with Bimbo Bakeries USA, joining that company in November 2011 when it acquired Sara Lee. Curry, who had been with Sara Lee as Director of Human Resources since November 2007, played an integral role in the transition of Sara Lee’s employees following the acquisition. Prior to joining Sara Lee, Curry spent eight years with Pepsi Bottling Group. After starting with the company as Manager of Human Resources in 2000, she was promoted to Senior Manager of Diversity & Staffing in 2002 and later to Senior Manager of Human Resources in 2005. Curry is a 1996 graduate of Ohio University with bachelor’s degrees in management and organizational communication. She earned a master’s in human resource management from Widener University in 2003.

Because of his commitment to growth and development, Colin T. Colin graduated from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program and is a Professional Certified Coach with the IICF. Sara Abigail ("Abby") Littrell is originally from Greensboro, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from Vanderbilt University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law where she graduated cum laude. After graduating from Campbell, she joined a multi-state civil litigation defense firm where she represented the interests of employers and insurance companies defending workers' compensation claims brought by employees.
