Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.

Douglas Farmer is a shareholder of Ogletree Deakins's San Francisco office. He has served as lead defense counsel to Fortune 500 companies in more than 50 wage and hour class actions over the past decade, developing practical compliance solutions for his clients in areas such as California meal and rest break requirements, wage statement regulations, joint employment, piece rate pay, and emerging California legal developments. He has tried to verdict a wide variety of employment cases in California state and federal courts, including wage and hour, disability discrimination, FMLA/CFRA, sexual harassment, age discrimination, pregnancy discrimination and other wrongful termination matters. In 2014, Mr. Farmer was one of eight California lawyers elected by his peers as a Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers based on his career accomplishments. His book, California Employment Law has been recognized as a major contribution to the field of California employment law, and is widely used by in-house counsel, human resources executives, and business owners throughout the United States. Mr. Farmer is a former managing shareholder and a founder of the firm’s San Francisco office. He was educated at Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
