Rana Stanfill-Hobbs has enjoyed more than 15 years working with prominent Human Capital Management (HCM) solution providers working closely with executives and business leaders to bring actionable insights to their workforce. Through her work leading multiple client service teams, Rana has specialized in predictive and prescriptive workforce analytics, workforce planning, business strategy and human capital alignment, and change management design. She currently focuses on the next generation of workforce analytics through the use of natural language processing and machine learning. Speaking publicly at, IHRIM, SHRM, and other industry events has provided her with an opportunity to both highlight customer successes and to contribute to conversations around growing industry trends.

Erik Darby serves as a Senior Director at Ultimate Software, in charge of the commercial representation of Xander; Ultimate Software’s people-first artificial intelligence technology. Previously, Erik was the EVP and Founding Member of Kanjoya, an artificial intelligence start-up based in San Francisco that was acquired by Ultimate Software in 2016. Kanjoya pioneered the development of natural language processing and machine learning technologies that measured behavior, emotion and intent within structured and unstructured data. Prior to Kanjoya, Erik served as a trader and analyst to two multi-billion dollar hedge funds, focusing on the commodities and energy markets. Erik received his Bachelor's and Master’s Degrees from Pepperdine University.

Dr. Jocelyn Tomaka lives and works in San Francisco and has a PhD in Industrial-Organizational psychology. Jocelyn specializes in survey design, statistical analysis and change management. Dr. Tomaka joined US in April, 2018 as Principal Consultant. She was formerly an external OD consultant in San Diego.

Chris Hammon is a shareholder at Ogletree Deakins where he practices in the areas of labor and employment litigation, arbitration, counseling, and investigation. He represents management in all variety of employment disputes before federal and state courts and administrative agencies and before various arbitral tribunals. Mr. Hammon also provides human resources counseling advice to employers on compliance and employee management and relations issues. He has experience representing employers in a wide range of industries, with particular expertise in the transportation, hospitality, and health care fields. Mr. Hammon also has significant expertise assisting domestic employers with labor and employment issues relating to their operations abroad, and with counseling foreign companies on compliance issues involving their U.S. operations.
