Jarik Conrad, EdD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the senior director of Human Capital Management (HCM) Innovation for Ultimate Software. In that capacity, Dr. Conrad helps organizations stay abreast of the latest workforce trends and innovative approaches to people management and talent optimization. Immediately prior to joining Ultimate Software, Dr. Conrad led The Conrad Consulting Group where he served as an executive coach, facilitator, and management consultant. He has held significant human resources roles at Fortune 500 companies, including McDonnell Douglas (Boeing), Pillsbury (General Mills), Union Carbide (Dow), Citigroup, and CSX Technology. In addition, he directed the human resources department for the City of Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Conrad is an award-winning author and sought after keynote speaker. He has been recognized as a thought-leader in the areas of emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, and leadership.

Morag draws from a deep and unique operational skill set. Her corporate career started in retail banking with Royal Bank of Scotland Group in the United Kingdom. Prior to launching Skye in 2007, Morag was responsible for global leadership and executive development in a U.S. telecom company. Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.
