Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.

Jarik Conrad, EdD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the senior director of Human Capital Management (HCM) Innovation for Ultimate Software. In that capacity, Dr. Conrad helps organizations stay abreast of the latest workforce trends and innovative approaches to people management and talent optimization. Immediately prior to joining Ultimate Software, Dr. Conrad led The Conrad Consulting Group where he served as an executive coach, facilitator, and management consultant. He has held significant human resources roles at Fortune 500 companies, including McDonnell Douglas (Boeing), Pillsbury (General Mills), Union Carbide (Dow), Citigroup, and CSX Technology. In addition, he directed the human resources department for the City of Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Conrad is an award-winning author and sought after keynote speaker. He has been recognized as a thought-leader in the areas of emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, and leadership.

Morag Barrett is CEO of SkyeTeam, an international HR consulting and leadership development company. Morag's experience ranges from senior executive coaching to developing high-impact teams across Europe, America, and Asia. She is a highly effective speaker, trainer, and executive coach. Morag draws from a deep and unique operational skill set. Her corporate career started in retail banking with Royal Bank of Scotland Group in the United Kingdom. With 15 years experience in the finance industry, Morag understands the challenges of running a business as well as the complexities of leading and managing the people that are part of that business. Prior to launching Skye in 2007, Morag was responsible for global leadership and executive development in a U.S. telecom company. Since launching SkyeTeam, she has had the opportunity to work with clients in a range of industries including healthcare, telecoms, mining, manufacturing, engineering, and technology.

Shaylon R. Lovell focuses his practice on labor and employment matters. Prior to law school, Shaylon worked in human resources for a Fortune 500 hospitality company as a labor relations specialist. He was responsible for training operational departments on various aspects of the business from an HR perspective, compiling and analyzing labor relations issues and complaints, conducting investigations of labor and contract concerns and grievance proceedings. Shaylon previously worked in a management capacity in hospitality operational departments with skillsets including predictive forecasting and scheduling of employees, payroll, policy drafting and implementation. He served 10 years as a noncommissioned officer for the U.S. Army and Utah Army National Guard as a field artillery surveyor. A decorated combat veteran, he completed two deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005-2006. Shaylon is a Distinguished Honor Graduate and Class Leader of the U.S. Army Field Artillery Surveyor School in Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
