Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.

Magdalen Bickford represents management and employers in labor and employment litigation. She also consults employers on best practices in the workplace, provides guidance on policy and procedure drafting and implementation, provides management training and education, and provides other general legal counsel.

Magdalen has litigated, lectured, and counseled extensively in all areas of labor and employment law, with representative topics including employment policies and procedures for employee handbooks; hiring, counseling, and separation of employees; employee discipline; reduction in force; leave; employee growth and development; employee benefits; workers’ compensation; noncompete agreements; privacy issues; compensation plans and strategies; restructuring and downsizing; discrimination; arbitration; Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws; the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA); the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and general federal and state legal compliance, as well as general policies and procedures in the workplace. She has successfully appeared in numerous courts and administrative agencies on behalf of management in several states, as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and National Labor Relations Board.

Jarik Conrad, EdD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the senior director of Human Capital Management (HCM) Innovation for Ultimate Software. In that capacity, Dr. Conrad helps organizations stay abreast of the latest workforce trends and innovative approaches to people management and talent optimization. Immediately prior to joining Ultimate Software, Dr. Conrad led The Conrad Consulting Group where he served as an executive coach, facilitator, and management consultant. He has held significant human resources roles at Fortune 500 companies, including McDonnell Douglas (Boeing), Pillsbury (General Mills), Union Carbide (Dow), Citigroup, and CSX Technology. In addition, he directed the human resources department for the City of Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Conrad is an award-winning author and sought after keynote speaker. He has been recognized as a thought-leader in the areas of emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, and leadership.

Because of his commitment to growth and development, Colin T. McLetchie transitioned in 2013 from his 25-year HR and organizational development career to fully dedicate himself to Five Ways Forward, a coaching and organizational consulting firm that partners with individuals, managers, executives, teams, and organizations to identify what success looks like and help them move forward to achieving that success. Colin graduated from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program and is a Professional Certified Coach with the IICF. He has certifications in the MBTI, Lominger Voices 360 & Leadership Architect, EQ-i2.0 assessment, and is a Board-Certified Polarity Practitioner with the American Polarity Therapy Association. He believes in lives worth living, leaders worth following, and organizations worth being a part of, and seeks to embody compassionate challenge in helping people find their way forward.

Driven by the need to extend his unique insight in leadership development to others outside Southwest, Young separated from the pack in 1998 to launch his own consulting practice specializing in leadership, customer service, and team building. Today, as president of LeadSmart, Inc., Young shares his vision in developing successful corporate cultures and workplace environments with forward-thinking companies, including Starbucks, Radio Shack, Coca Cola, and Tyson Foods, to name just a few. He has even returned to his old turf—Southwest Airlines—to extend his knowledge as a corporate training consultant in leadership development area once again. He shares his philosophy on creating high performance cultures in his book Culturetopia: The Ultimate High Performance Workplace.
