Because of his commitment to growth and development, Colin T. McLetchie transitioned in 2013 from his 25-year HR and organizational development career to fully dedicate himself to Five Ways Forward, a coaching and organizational consulting firm that partners with individuals, managers, executives, teams, and organizations to identify what success looks like and help them move forward to achieving that success. Colin graduated from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program and is a Professional Certified Coach with the IICF. He has certifications in the MBTI, Lominger Voices 360 & Leadership Architect, EQ-i2.0 assessment, and is a Board-Certified Polarity Practitioner with the American Polarity Therapy Association. He believes in lives worth living, leaders worth following, and organizations worth being a part of, and seeks to embody compassionate challenge in helping people find their way forward.
Yutaka Takagi has spent his career presenting the value of HCM solutions to HR managers and executives at companies across industries. Having worked on both sides of the customer-vendor relationship in various roles, he brings a unique perspective to his product demonstrations and thought-leadership presentations. Yutaka’s creative thinking and strong interpersonal skills match Ultimate Software’s “people first” philosophy whereby our UltiPro solution is designed with the expectations and needs of ALL end users mind. Yutaka graduated with a degree in economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Nick Luders is a Director of Customer Success for Ultimate Software where he has responsibility for customer support in the United States and Canada. During his five years at Ultimate, Nick has helped to grow the Customer Success organization to keep pace with a fast-growing customer base. Successfully rolling out initiatives such as tier-less support, intelligent swarming, collaborative account support teams and multiple product launches, the Customer Success team has achieved best in class results in customer satisfaction and retention. Nick is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University and has a passion for Miami sports.
Matt has been with Equinox for 16+ years. He's an experienced HR Professional with broad experience in all aspects of Human Resources, including comp/benefits, employee relations, performance management, compliance/legal, systems, recruitment and training. Specialties: Talent management, employee relations, strategic benefits management.
Madeline’s primary focus over the last 12+ years has been on the talent management market, specializing in talent acquisition. Her work helps companies both validate and reevaluate their strategies and understand the role technology can play in driving business outcomes. She has watched HCM transform from a back-office function to a strategic company initiative with a focus on partnerships, experience and efficiency. Before Aptitude Research Partners, Madeline held research roles at Aberdeen, ERE Media and Brandon Hall Group. She is co-author of Best Practices in Leading a Global Workforce and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, Yahoo News, and The Financial Times. She is a frequent presenter at industry conferences including the HR Technology Conference and Exposition, SHRM, IHRIM, HCI’s Strategic Talent Acquisition conference, GDS International’s HCM Summit, and HRO Today.
