Chad leads the retention, growth, and wellness of Ultimate’s global customers. He is a seasoned SssS executive with over 20 years of leadership experience. Chad is known for cultivating and maximizing relationships of value with external customers, executive leadership teams, and cross-functional internal stakeholders. He has helped Ultimate Software grow from $150M to $1B+ in recurring revenues, by implementing innovative retention, account management, and customer success programs. When he is not traveling to be with customers, Chad spends his time in San Luis Obispo, California.

Yutaka Takagi has spent his career presenting the value of HCM solutions to HR managers and executives at companies across industries. Having worked on both sides of the customer-vendor relationship in various roles, he brings a unique perspective to his product demonstrations and thought-leadership presentations. Yutaka’s creative thinking and strong interpersonal skills match Ultimate Software’s “people first” philosophy whereby our UltiPro solution is designed with the expectations and needs of ALL end users mind. Yutaka graduated with a degree in economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Carie is the Service Excellence Fellow at Ultimate Software. Over her 26+ year career, she has been focused on helping customers drive innovative solutions in customer relationship management, sales, service, and marketing. She loves to get involved in complex business problems to help drive new solutions or new ways of working to help drive change and improve the overall customer experience. At Ultimate Software, Carie is the customer success executive and ambassador for customer engagements. She acts as an advocate for customers across the organization and works to ensure that Ultimate Software is delivering the best service experience possible. She is constantly receiving and soliciting feedback from customers to look for ways to make improvements across the organization. Carie was born and raised in Chicago, but now resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

Thomas is an experienced Human Resources professional. He has led many different HR functions including HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Analytics. He has implemented and integrated UltiPro at several companies utilizing technology to make HR effective and efficient. Thomas currently oversees HRIS, Benefits and Compensation at Sheppard Mullin, one of the worlds top 100 law firms. He is originally from Boston, but now he resides in the LA area. Thomas has a BS in Accountancy and an MBA.

Claire Schooley is a seasoned leader, strategic thinker, educator, and an expert in technology around corporate recruiting, learning, and performance management. She spent 15 years in public education, public television (KQED, San Francisco), higher education (UC Berkeley). Most recently as principal analyst, Claire led Forrester Research Inc.’s strategic HR practice worldwide in the areas of employee learning and development. This work included research, writing, consulting, and speaking engagements on these topics. She now has her own consulting business – Claire Schooley Consulting - focused on helping companies find, nurture, and develop talent.
