Seth Rafkin
Cooley Godward Kronish LLP Partner, Employment & Labor Practice Group
Seth Rafkin is a litigation partner in the San Diego office of Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. He joined the firm in 1998 and is a member of the Employment & Labor and Commercial Class Action Litigation practice groups. His practice focuses on employment matters, including wage and hour class action defense and business litigation. Mr. Rafkin represents clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, software, and other technologies, retail and construction. He regularly counsels clients on a broad range of employment matters and handles cases involving an array of issues, including sexual harassment, race, gender and disability discrimination, commission disputes, executive compensation, workplace violence, and protection of employer confidential information. Mr. Rafkin also defends class actions involving alleged violations of state and federal wage laws.
 
 
 
Jason Rollingson
WIS International Corporate Human Resources Manager
Jason Rollingson is WIS International's corporate human resources manager for the United States. He is responsible for the management and coordination of WIS International's corporate HRIS, recruiting, record-keeping, companywide HR project initiatives, and training and development. Prior to WIS International, he was employed with Deccan International, Western Financial Planning, and LifePro Financial Services.
 
 
 
Thomas Sarnecki
Amcor Sunclipse Vice President, General Counsel, Human Resources Affairs
Since 1997, Tom Sarnecki has been on the staff of Amcor Sunclipse North America in Southern California where he heads the company’s human resources organization and serves as corporate employment and labor counsel. Tom is responsible for companywide human resources, employment relations, and legal compliance for the corporation’s diverse operations in 13 states and Mexico. He is also a delegate on Amcor Ltd.’s global Human Resources Leadership Team. Previously, Tom was labor counsel and director of Employment Relations with ConAgra Foods.
 
 
 
Thomas Mazzocco
San Diego Convention Center Corporation Vice President of Human Resources/Labor Relations
Thomas Mazzocco is the vice president of human resources / labor relations for the San Diego Convention Center Corporation. He joined the San Diego Convention Center Corporation team in 1994, bringing with him more than 20 years of human resource expertise. He is currently responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and administration of comprehensive personnel programs for all human resources areas, including labor relations, employment, compensation, benefits, employee training and development, employee relations and services. He has successfully negotiated with more than nine labor unions on the Corporation’s behalf. Prior to joining the San Diego Convention Center team, Tom was a self-employed consultant providing human resources consulting services and owner of Aaircare, an environmental equipment distribution company.
 
 
 
Cynthia Bryan
Didi Hirsch Community Mental Health Center Vice President, Human Resources
Cynthia Bryan joined Didi Hirsch Community Mental Health Center in March 2005. She is a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to help human resources become a true business partner to the Didi Hirsch organization. Previously, Ms. Bryan was a senior HR generalist for Boeing Satellite Systems in El Segundo for four years. She was responsible for providing HR support to the Quality, Safety and Supplier Management/Procurement organizations.
 
 
 
DeeAnn Palin
SCF Arizona Vice President, Strategic Projects and Talent
DeeAnn Palin joined SCF Arizona in 2004, with over 15 years in human resources leadership and operations experience. She formerly served as regional human resources manager for Target Stores, serving 7,000 employees in 70 stores in the south. Prior to that, she had a successful 10-year career with Motorola in which she held many positions such as organization development consultant, human resource manager, training manager, manager of leadership development, and project manager.
 
 
 
Sheila Keitel

Sheila Keitel manages the talent solutions team for SCF Arizona, designing and implementing leadership and workforce development strategies to support enterprise initiatives for growth and change.
