With 2,100 employees in the U.S. and 850 employees in Canada, Culligan International previously used separate payroll service bureau accounts for both countries. The global company turned to UltiPro’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution in 2005 to address the range of customer service issues and functionality restrictions that it experienced with the service bureaus.
