Chang’s China Bistro, Inc., owner and operator of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Pei Wei Asian Diner, has selected UltiPro through Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for comprehensive human capital management (HCM)—including HR, benefits, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and salary planning and budgeting.
With more than 350 locations and approximately 30,000 employees, P.F. Chang’s found it needed a unified human capital management solution to cost-effectively optimize HR administration while also enabling its People Services team to operate more strategically. After evaluating Ultimate Software’s end-to-end HCM tools and business intelligence capabilities, the company decided to move to UltiPro in February 2009.
