Based on customer preferences, for Connections 2016 we’re offering some Hands-on Learning and networking sessions starting at 9 am on Tuesday, March 8th and running throughout the day. Hands-on session topics, schedules and registration will be available by November this year, so you can plan your flights accordingly. Friday morning we are wrapping up the conference with a networking breakfast and an optional Community Service project session that ends at 11:30 or whenever the committed number of hygiene kits have been assembled.

Yes. Either call the Bellagio reservation department at (888) 987-6667 or (702) 693-7444 (if outside of the United States) and let them know that you are with the Ultimate Software Group or click here to access their website. Note: Rates cannot be changed at check-in. The discounted room rate at Bellagio is $201++ per night. This rate will expire on February 19, 2016. At that time, the room rate will increase to the hotel’s rack rate, which could be considerably more expensive. Once our room block is full or expires, we cannot get that rate for anyone.
Please either call the hotel directly at (888) 987-6667 or (702) 693-7444 (if outside of the United States) with any changes to your room reservation or click here to change them on their website. Please do not contact Ultimate Software as we do not have access to your hotel reservations.
Yes! If five or more employees from one company register for Connections 2016 at the same time between September 21 and November 29, each attendee will save $300 off the standard individual pricing. From November 30 through March 4, each attendee will save $200 off the standard individual pricing. After March 4, the group rate is no longer available.
Registration for Hands-on Learning sessions will open by November. Registration for other breakout sessions will begin in February. You will be notified when session selection becomes available.
While this year we are increasing the number of seats available in Hands-on Learning sessions, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to register for a specific Hands-on class. They will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. This year, in an effort to offer every attendee the opportunity to attend a Hands-on session, you will be limited to selecting one Hands-on class. Please note that all of the content offered in Hands-on sessions is available year-round via UltiUniversity.
Traditionally, the American Payroll Association has approved Connections for recertification credits. We expect that this will be the case for the 2016 conference as well. Unfortunately, because Connections is not open to the general public, the HR Certification Institute will not preapprove the conference for HRCI credit hours. But attendees can self-report their attendance at breakout sessions. Ultimate Software cannot guarantee that HRCI will accept those requests.
The pass does not allow access to conference sessions, other meals, or the Ultimate Experience Reception on Wednesday. Guests must be 18 years of age or older.
Cancellations received by January 3, 2016 are eligible for a refund of the registration fee less a $125 processing fee. From January 4-February 7, all cancellations will be assessed a $500 cancellation fee. After February 7, absolutely no refunds are available.
