GPTW and SHRM teamed up to produce a list ranking the top 25 medium and top 25 small companies in America that have used workforce management strategies to develop a strong trust between employees and management. SHRM is the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management with over 200,000 individual members in more than 100 countries.
The rankings were announced June 26, 2006, before an audience of more than 12,000 at the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) 58th Annual Conference & Exposition in Washington, D.C.
