The Supreme Court recently uphelp the ACA. Many women working for religion-affiliated organizations are left without health care. Obama’s Administration created a loophole which passes women’s health issues to a third party so that everyone can get care without anyone else defying their religious beliefs. The Little Sisters of the Poor sued the government saying the loophole still violated their rights, but the U.S. Court of Appeals ruled today that the loophole did not. Read more here.
