Heartland Family Service Selects Cloud-Based UltiPro to Unify Human Capital Management

Heartland Family Service, founded in Omaha in 1875, is an organization dedicated to strengthening individuals and families through education, counseling, and support. Its wide-ranging programs provide services for early childhood development, juvenile delinquency, child abuse, addiction, domestic violence, mental health, community centers, poverty, and homelessness. HFS annually serves approximately 40,000 people in 12 counties across Nebraska.

Previously, HFS had been handling its HR, payroll, and talent management with multiple processes, including a payroll service bureau, spreadsheets, and manual administration.
