John speaks and writes often on diversity-related issues in the workplace, the interplay between the ADA, FMLA, and workers' compensation laws, and work-leave issues. Twice a year for the last five years, John teaches an introductory-level, two-day course at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis on legal issues facing HR professionals.

Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.
