Tony Segreto serves as Ultimate Software's liaison for special projects. In that role, he moderates events, expertly disseminates UltiPro information via videos, and evangelizes Ultimate's products and services to a wide audience. Previously, Tony spent 40 years as one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He joined WTVJ in 1968 as an intern. During his tenure, he worked as a photographer, producer, reporter, and anchor for both sports and news. During his career, Mr. Segreto covered more than 20 Super Bowls, 2 Olympics, World Series, Stanley Cups, NBA finals, and National Championships. He has also interviewed two sitting presidents and political leaders from around the country. In 1995, he was honored by the South Florida chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the prestigious Silver Circle Award, recognizing more than 25 years of excellence in broadcast journalism.

Doug Spears is a life-long resident of the Joplin, MO area. He studied marketing and management at Missouri Southern State University and proceeded to work in a public utility environment. It was during his tenure there that he discovered his passion for business, more specifically, the people side of business. Doug’s unique and positive perspective on change is a product of: serving in both the public and private sectors, being a union member and supervising union members, managing office professionals, as well as plant supervisory personnel, and developing and delivering both technical and soft skills training. A champion of change, Doug has been blessed with multiple opportunities to deploy and direct different departments, including Six Sigma, Recruiting, Training and Talent Development. Recently an empty-nester, in his free time, Doug enjoys traveling with Connie, his wife of thirty-five years.
